Email: <<MailTo MyFirstName (dot) myLastName AT gmail.com)>> Sorry to be obtuse but I dislikedetest spam.
My two main interests/hobbies are Electronics and Flight Simulators.
The intersection is that I am planning to build a physical interface into the simulator. The strange dorky part is building parts of a cockpit such as throttles and radio stack. I don't have the time, desire or money)to build an entire cockpit. Though fighters are do able.
I am interested in purchasing two Arduino Boards either via the bulk buy though might just grab them privately from Little Bird Electronics
I have a challenge ahead of building a "radio stack" which has around 32 7segment displays and 8 rotary encoders (2 bit) and 4 pushbuttons. Multiplexing that many LEDs doesn't sound satisfactory. Especially as they may not need to change for minutes at a time. May consider buffering each of the leds. Still considering options here. I have no idea how to do the circuit boards (multiple boards)?

George
